The Wolf Tooth Elliptical Shimano 110 Asymmetric BCD Chainring is built for 4-arm Shimano road cranksets using a 110 Asymmetric BCD mount. This 40T oval chainring uses Wolf Tooth’s proprietary elliptical profile with 10% ovality and 112 degrees timing after top dead center to smooth out the pedal stroke by effectively feeling like fewer teeth in the weak portion and more teeth where power is strongest. It also features Wolf Tooth’s Drop-Stop B tooth profile for strong chain retention, long wear life, and excellent mud clearance in 1x drivetrain setups.
